As we know that security is the services which provides protection to our work premises, office, home, residential space and at many more places, where we work or live, as Burglaries are most common at any place, before anyone can take any step thieves are completing their work, the best option to escape from all these burglaries, is to hire a security Guard, who will be available on duty 24*7 hours to protect your premises. Our security Guards are fully trained following all the SOPs Guidelines.

  1. Grooming.
  2. Greet visitors to the Site/Company in a friendly and courteous manner.
  3. Be friendly and do not discriminate on the grounds of gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, ethnicity, religion or beliefs, disability, or any other difference in individuals which is not relevant to the Security Guard responsibility.
  4. Carry out his/her duties in a professional and courteous manner with due regard and consideration to others.
  5. Behave with personal integrity and understanding.
  6. Use moderate language, which is not defamatory or abusive, when dealing with members of the public and colleagues.
  7. Be fit for work and remain alert at all times.
  8. Develop knowledge of local services and amenities appropriately.
  9. Never solicit or accept any bribe or other consideration from any person.
  10. Not drink alcohol or be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  11. Not display preferential treatment towards individuals.
  12.  Never abuse his/her position of authority.
  13. Never carry any item which is or could be considered threatening
  14.  Report all incidents to the management.
  15. Co-operate fully with members of the Police, Local Authority, SIA, and other statutory agencies with an interest in the Site/Company or the way they are run.
  16. Make yourself familiar with the employing Site/Company standards.
  17. Be perceptive of the employing Site/Company culture and values.
  18. Contribute to the goals and objectives of the employing Organisation/Company.

  20. Make yourself familiar with the Site/Company you are working at i.e., Building Layout, Emergency Exits, Gates, CCTV, Muster Points, Fire Alarm Positions and Fire Fighting Equipment.
  21. At end of night report any hazards or incidents that have occurred throughout the course of the night and the outcome of them in the incident book.
  22. Look after and support the welfare and needs of your colleagues while on duty.
  23. There is to be no use of mobile phones during work unless it is to contact the emergency services.
